Professor Lennox Samuel Liverpool

Professor Sam Liverpool has been a supporter of the Sarian Foundation since its inception. He knew Sarian personally and was influenced by her teaching. A former vice-chancellor at the University of Jos, Nigeria, Prof Liverpool has contributed widely to the development of mathematical education and has been a visiting professor in both Italy, the UK and the United States.

Prof Liverpool said "education and healthcare are two of life's fundamentals' and I will work diligently with the Sarian Foundation to make this a reality for Sierra Leone's children"


Reverend Raymond Bola Williams
Trustee and Chair

Raymond has been a steadfast supporter of the Sarian Foundation, providing exceptional guidance and leadership in Sierra Leone.

A successful, generous and energetic local businessman and church reverend, he has steadily contributed to laying the foundations in Sierra Leone and has supported development of the 'Farm School'.


Prof Redwood Sawyerr

Redwood is a vice-chancellor of Fourah Bay College, the oldest established university in West Africa. Redwood, an engineer, is a keen advocate of increasing participation in higher education. He supports a rounded approach to education that is also based on the practical acquisition of key skills.


Mr Feyi Jones-Asgill

Feyi has been a long-time supporter of the Sarian Foundation since its inception. A retired senior banker at Barcleys and later the Bank of Sierra Leone, he is an astute financial manager and will continue to support us with sound financial management of our programmes.
